Chocolate is good for everything
If someone asks me what’s my favourite porridge flavour I would say chocolate. Who doesn’t like chocolate? Especially for breakfast!
So here’s the recipe for the most creamy chocolate porridge ever.
NUTELLA PORRIDGE
Ingredients:
80g porridge oats
280g hazelnut drink
200g water
1 tbsp maca powder
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar or coconut syrup
Preparation – Thermomix:
Place rolled oats, milk, water, cacao powder and maca powder in a mixing bowl.
Stir all ingredients for 5 seconds on reverse speed 3 then cook for 12 mins at 98°C on reverse speed 1.
Divide between serving bowls and spoon over some granola or favourite fruits.
Recipe is for Thermomix, but you can also cook it in a pan, just remember to stir your porridge from time to time.
