We all need a good brownie recipe in our life
These brownies have a crisp top and are deliciously soft inside with little pecans crunch. For me, they taste best still warm with a scoop of vanilla icecreams. Be aware this healthy brownie is a seriously decadent treat! You simply cannot wait to grab another slice.

Here’s my delicious and simple, gluten-free, and no butter brownie recipe.
Gluten-free pecan brownies
Ingredients
270 g small pieces of dark chocolate
100 g coconut oil
100 g coconut sugar
5 medium eggs
1 pinch fine sea salt
120 g plain GF flour
100 g pecan halves
Preparation
Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease small brownie tin and line it with baking paper, with a 3 cm overhang, which will serve as handles to lift out the brownies.
Place 220 g chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop 5 seconds on speed 7.
Add coconut oil and melt for 4 min at 70°C on speed 2.
Then add coconut sugar, eggs, salt, and flour then mix 1 minute on speed 4.
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with a spatula. Add pecans and reminding 50 g of chocolate pieces and mix for 10 sec on speed 3.
Transfer to the prepared tin, distributing the batter evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in 170°C until a skewer inserted in the center comes out with a few damp crumbs.
Remove from the tin using baking paper. Leave to cool then serve cut in squares.
This is a Thermomix recipe, but as always you can use any blender or kitchen robot to mix/chop ingredients. Also, chocolate could be melted in the microwave or in a water bath. Hope you gonna like this recipe!
